Bags that are lifted from a cardboard box and emptied into a container is a challenging moment for the staff and can in worst case cause injuries. When pulling the bag out of the box, the box usually comes along with the bag, resulting in both bag and box lifting from the floor. We don’t want that, so we’ve developed a system that holds the box while lifting the bag. This system gives you a better workflow, less injuries and more efficiency.
Move the lifter close to the box and attach the bag.
Pull the bag out.
Place the bag on the cradle and attach it.
Tilt the cradle to empty the bag.
